Engaging in online, international studies was undoubtedly a fearful commitment I had made. It was a new level of an educational environment, however, I was allocated a wonderful, highly dedicated and intuitive tutor, Elizabeth Vaz Pereira. She had made my experience with the TEFL Institute a remarkable one. I have gained a tremendous amount of knowledge and wisdom from the study material as well as great degrees of guidance from my tutor. I had a great experience with the International TEFL Institute.  This is attributed their efficient employees and most importantly the quality and affordable standard of English education that I was provided.  I now have an internationally recognised TEFL certificate that I recently used to get a teaching job in Korea.  Furthermore, the knowledge and the certificate that I acquired from ITEFLI, has equipped me with an understanding of how to teach and communicate with people at various levels of learning.

As I am 54 years old and was a bit reluctant to do the course as I was not sure what the course would entail. To my delight I discovered that the course was far easier than I expected. Throughout the course I was excited to do the Modules and learned more than I expected. I wanted to achieve the Diploma as soon as possible, therefore I worked quickly through the Modules to submit the answering sheets for marking. I thoroughly enjoyed doing the course and it felt great to obtain the Diploma, (originally I was only going to do the Certificate, but could not resist to carry on and obtain the Diploma).

I enjoyed the tutor’s (Elizabeth) guidance and comments during the course. Initially the idea was to just get through all the study material quickly, but it did not work out that way being at work fulltime. I think well worth the effort to enrich one’s knowledge. Thanks for an interesting course.

I found the TEFL Certificate Course refreshing, enjoyable and more than useful as a refresher workshop. Moreover, I am sure that the reading material will be a constant source of reference for me as a teacher with more than 30 years of English teaching experience. I am looking forward to the employment opportunities that this TEFL course will open for me here in South Africa and abroad. I thank the institute for making my studies so pleasant and for the encouragement given at all times.
